Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a sophisticated permission data model and associated APIs
- Lead the technical approach for an AWS-native architecture using Golang
- Drive the AI-powered code transposition strategy, showcasing CI&T's innovative approach
- Mentor team members and establish best practices for code quality and performance
- Deliver working demonstrations to key stakeholders showcasing the permission system functionality.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Advanced expertise in Golang development
- Strong experience with AWS-native application development
- Deep understanding of authentication and authorization systems
- Experience designing and implementing API-first approaches
- Ability to leverage AI tools for code development and transformation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
Nice to Have
- Experience with auction platforms or similar complex business systems
- Background in modernizing legacy systems
- Previous work in hierarchical permission models
