Hi, this is Valentina from CI&T! I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Senior Test Automation Engineer position to join us! If you are interested, please upload your resume in English.
Your responsibilities
-Review user stories, design documents, and other sources, to develop automated test cases
-Write code to validate acceptance criteria & maintain automation frameworks and test infrastructure
-Contribute to product design discussions, team planning, and story grooming
-Participate in code reviews, offering suggestions on testing and overall code quality
-Manage test cases and track quality metrics for a microservice-based cloud product
Experience
Must have:
-A minimum of 5 year's experience in software testing and test automation framework development
-Experience in planning, designing, developing, and executing automated tests
-Experience with either JavaScript or TypeScript, or the ability to learn new languages quickly
-AWS experience.
-Experience in developing test automation frameworks for live cloud-based products that are constantly updated to provide higher quality and new features
-An interest in delivering high-quality and high-standard products to businesses and consumers.
-Enjoy working in an environment where you are learning new technologies and new concepts and solving complex problems with your
team.
-Advanced English
Nice to have:
-Prior experience with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications, or data-intensive applications
-Experience in Playwright and Cucumber (Gherkin), XRay Test Management
-Experience with Python or other tools for data science, such as Jupyter notebooks
-Experience with Grafana, Loki, or other observability tools
-Experience with Snowflake, DBT, or other database technologies
-Experience with working with agile teams in different time zones
