At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Java Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative US-based project in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
Position Overview:
As a Sr Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java applications using frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance through continuous improvement efforts.
- Implement messaging solutions using technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ to enhance system communication.
- Utilize Git for version control and maintain a clean codebase through regular code reviews.
- Participate in Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- -Must-have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- English level: Advanced (C1, C2).
- -Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
