Our ideal candidate will be skilled in managing benefits and compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations. Our Human Resources Manager will be tasked with ensuring our company culture welcomes and supports our diverse population in achieving career goals within the organization.
Maintains all benefit programs and always looking at market trends to keep our competitive edge
Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and surveys
Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations
Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business
Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Bamboo HR, Lever ATS, and Reflektive performance management system is a plus.
Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
