YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
As part of the Core Infrastructure Team (CIT), you will be a member of the Global Help Desk Technical Support team. The CIC Helpdesk team provides support for all CIC locations globally by helping to open new campuses, training local staff, and providing general support for IT services. You will work closely with several team members located across the globe in Warsaw, Cambridge, MA and in Tokyo. You will be responsible for introducing existing processes to new locations and developing new ones that will improve the work we do and the support we provide. This role will also require occasional international travel to other CIC offices.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the CIC’s IP networks, WiFi, video surveillance, door access control, printing and other core systems and escalate non-routine issues to the next level of support.
• Maintain Google Workspace Enterprise environment, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Participate in IT and business lead projects
• Work on routine tasks automation
• Manage endpoint assets lifecycle
• Work with vendors and set up new office networks and electronic access control systems.
• Manage data and systems availability, access control and service continuity to agreed standards that stand up to our client expectations.

You are a dedicated professional with around 2-4 years of experience, who likes to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, international, start-up environment. You like dealing with new technical issues and you treat your job as an ongoing adventure.

YOU HAVE
• At least 2-4 years of experience in IT.
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and computer operations like IP Networks, Firewalls, WiFi/WAN/LAN, Access Control, Printing, A/V Systems.
• Experience in working with ticketing systems and processes.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to think logically and solve problems.
• Strong collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently.
• Written and verbal English communication skills on B2/C1 level.
• Flexibility to work in North American time zones, with occasional schedule adjustments.
• Ability to participate in highly complex projects.
• Detail-oriented approach with well developed analytical skills.
• Ability to travel
