As our Events Support Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless execution of events and the efficient management of our facilities. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
As an Events Support Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience in coordinating and managing events within a vibrant innovation hub and coworking space. You will also contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our facilities to create a welcoming and efficient workspace for our members. This  is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to learn and grow in the field of events and facilities management.

Potential responsibilities will include:
• Event Setup and Preparation: Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging furniture, décor, and equipment as required.
• This role requires significant manual work, such as moving furniture, organizing materials, and ensuring all elements are properly arranged, demanding both physical readiness and attention to detail. 
• Audio-Visual (AV) Management: Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment such as microphones, projectors, sound systems, and lighting. Ensure all equipment is functioning optimally before and during events.
• On-Site Support: Be available from 3 PM till late night, including weekends, to provide hands-on support during events, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Events Team to align on requirements and make adjustments as needed to ensure event success.
• Breakdown and Cleanup: Assist in tearing down the setup after events and ensuring the space is returned to its original state.


ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating seamless event experiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working independently or as part of a team. With your technical expertise in audio-visual equipment and a hands-on approach to event logistics, you take pride in ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Your flexibility and availability for evening and weekend hours make you a reliable go-to person for events that extend beyond the typical schedule. You’re a problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and is always ready to tackle challenges with a positive attitude.

• More specifically, as our ideal candidate, you are:
• Enrolled in MBO/HBO/WO, focused on Event Management, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Business.
• Flexible, proactive approach and customer oriented.
• Eager to learn more about event management and hospitality.
• Passionate for creating a vibrant and inclusive community within a coworking space.
• Available at least 4 days per week. 
• Able to communicate both in Polish and English.
