Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, MIS, Business, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- You have 2-4 years experience in marketing analytics
- Strong understanding on digital marketing and growth analytics
- You’re fluent in written and oral English
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adjust (or other mmp) and e-commerce reporting tools
- Analytical solid approach, reporting skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of various marketing analytics concepts & algorithms
- Experience in CRO (conversion rate optimization) preferably in an e-commerce company
- Knowledge of how common advertising technologies work and are linked to each other
If you’re in, you’ll be responsible for
- Build success metrics for tracking and reporting requirements
- Develop and implement marketing attribution models to accurately measure the performance of our campaigns across all channels
- Actively cooperate on evaluation of online activities and campaigns ROI with other teams
- Provide insights on website changes or optimization activities
- Create and develop marketing dashboards that provide insights and campaign performance analysis and a set of key performance indicators necessary to measure campaign results
- Build success metrics for tracking and reporting requirements
- Analyze customer data from multiple sources to drive optimization and improvement of targeting, segmentation and personalization
- Analyze new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments in the global landscape
- Provide thought leadership around MarTech innovation by researching and understanding the rapidly changing MarTech and AdTech industry
