- This is a great opportunity to grow your career while you grow the business, where you’ll be accountable for the digital growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing digital marketing operations: Campaign setup, budget and bid optimization, audience and creative strategy (SEM, Social Media Ads, App Install, Retargeting etc.)
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns on a daily basis to meet company goals
- Creating and testing ad copy variations for best results
- Identifying threats and opportunities within competitors and overall digital space
- Analyzing web (GA4) & app (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase) performance data to monitor campaign performance
- Creating reports on marketing channels regularly
- Maintaining communication with 3rd party marketing tools & advertising partners

- We need a strategic team player who won’t hesitate to roll up their sleeves to get results. We know that sounds ambitious, therefore the minimum requirements to handle the challenge are as follows:
- You have 1-2 year experience in digital marketing or you are a fresh grad (Industrial Engineering/Management Engineering will be preferred)
- You have preferably knowledge about Excel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4 and Adjust
- You’re fluent in written and oral English
- You’re passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn new technologies
- You’re a deadline oriented, fast-paced producer
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
