POSITION PURPOSE
The Analyst is an entry level position generally requiring significant training on job cost concepts and technology, assigned projects consisting of smaller assets with less complexity. Generally, start with SMA 0 assets which are less complex but have a greater volume.

Responsibilities:

    • Review all budgets for projects assigned
    • Review all contracts associated with projects assigned
    • Review contract coding, expense types, contract ID numbers, etc. and route for approval
    • Review invoice coding with project-management
    • Code and input contract and non-contract invoices into Yardi and route for approval
    • Commit invoices for payment upon receipt of funding source
    • Review budgets/budget analysis tool and interface with project management to prepare and process budget adjustments (IBA’s)
    • Prepare any ad hoc schedules requested by project management
    • Continuous interface with development team to answer questions and provide support
    • Research detail job information to assist project team with contract invoice reclasses
    • Interface with vendors on vendor questions
    • Manage vendor set through VMF system for new vendors
    • Assist in gathering information for assets which have equity draws

Education/Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. The role is considered non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. At CIM, this role has the potential to receive a discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The anticipated base pay range for the position in Los Angeles is $31.30 - $40.90 per hour.
