How you’ll make an impact:

As a Sales Manager, you will manage, support and drive our North American Sales team. This role will work closely with the VP of Sales, and other regional sales leaders to drive their team to achieve aggressive monthly & annual new business sales targets. This involves recruiting, selling Cin7 solutions, forecasting, enforcing/improving sales processes, and correct sales tool utilization.

A day in the life:

    • Hire and train a US based go-to-market team 
    • Provide accurate new business sales target forecasting weekly 
    • Coach your team from pipeline generation to closing deals 
    • Partner with enablement to develop and deliver sales training regularly 
    • Act as a subject matter expert for all Sales tools, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
    • Facilitate a strong, consistent feedback loop to sales leadership, product and marketing
    • Drive a collaborative and supportive culture of accountability

What you'll bring with you:

    • 5+ years SMB software sales, 2+ in leadership
    • Dynamic team member with proven Sales track record of achieving targets consistently
    • Strong commercial and financial judgment and the ability to prioritize as well as make tough decisions based on data
    • Energetic and purpose-driven individual who cares about maximizing company growth and working collaboratively with other functional leaders to achieve business goals
    • Strategic thinker who leads teams through a combination of personal leadership and process discipline

$125,000 - $150,000 a year
$125-150k base salary + commission

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
