How you'll make an impact:

As an Inbound SDR at Cin7, you’ll play a key role in qualifying high-intent leads, engaging with prospective customers, and converting inbound interest into pipeline for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, helping optimize our inbound motion and deliver a world-class buyer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure fast, relevant follow-up and drive Cin7’s success in acquiring high-value customers.

This is a hybrid, full-time position based out of our Denver office, with 2–3 in-office days per week required

A day in the life:

    • Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond to and qualify inbound leads from web forms, chat, and marketing campaigns—ensuring fast, high-quality follow-up.
    • Discovery & Needs Analysis: Conduct initial discovery to understand prospect pain points, business model, and fit for Cin7’s inventory management solution.
    • Stakeholder Identification: Identify key decision-makers such as operations managers, inventory leads, and ecommerce owners to support handoff to AEs.
    • Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and support pipeline conversion.
    • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to improve lead handoff processes and provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns.
    • Playbook Optimization: Help refine inbound workflows, talk tracks, and lead handling best practices to improve conversion rates and rep efficiency.
    • CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and outcomes in Salesforce to support visibility and reporting.

You'll bring with you:

    • Some professional experience in a customer-facing or fast-paced environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, call center, campus leadership, internships, etc.)
    • Tangential sales experience (e.g., fundraising, recruiting, door-to-door, or phone-based roles) is a strong plus
    • Comfortable with engaging prospects over the phone
    • Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a bonus, but not required
    • Recent graduates encouraged to apply — we’re looking for people with the right attitude, drive, and communication skills to succeed and grow

$57,000 - $60,000 a year
Base salary + commission (70%/30% split)

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
