We seek an accomplished and dynamic professional to assume the pivotal Head of Clinical Services role within our rapidly expanding healthcare technology company. In this hybrid position, you will be at the forefront of our mission, overseeing and optimizing the clinical operations of our cutting-edge remote patient monitoring and care coordination programs. As a key architect of our operational success, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Implementation and Training Excellence:
    • Oversee the seamless implementation process for new clients, ensuring the timely and effective deployment of our cutting-edge remote patient monitoring technology.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver industry-leading training programs to clients and end-users, setting the standard for excellence in client education and support.
    • Continuously monitor program performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

    • Clinical Operations Management:
    • Collaborate closely with the Head of Clinical Operations to guarantee that the region is adequately staffed and boasts a highly trained and engaged team.
    • Rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical operations and swiftly implement enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinical operations within the assigned region fully comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, proactively addressing potential compliance issues.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance measures, monitoring and continuously improving the quality of patient care and services in alignment with Circadia Health's standards and objectives.
    • Refine and implement comprehensive Standards of Practice (SOP) for Care Coordination.
    • Drive continuous improvement in the Care Coordination delivery process to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Team Leadership and Strategy:
    • Build, develop, and lead a high-performance team of sales representatives, implementation specialists, trainers, and customer success managers.
    • Define clear roles and responsibilities, set and uphold high-performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback, and instill a culture of collaboration and accountability.
    • Drive the hiring process to attract and retain top-tier talent across all regional functions.
    • Lead the hiring and scaling efforts for the VRN Team, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
    • Manage the onboarding process for VRNs, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
    • Schedule VRNs effectively to cater to the needs of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). 

    • Innovation and Product Enhancement:
    • Collaborate closely with the development team to introduce innovative product features to improve the Care Coordination process.

Qualifications:

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a startup mentality.
    • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
    • Preferred experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), e.g., PointClickCare.
    • Exceptional critical and analytical thinking skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical decision support.
    • Preferred experience using GSuite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Proficiency in listening, comprehending, and processing detailed information.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and clinical improvement.
