We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our office by managing incoming mail, triaging documents, and ensuring timely and accurate digital storage. This position is ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Mail Sorting and Triage: Receive and sort incoming mail and packages. Prioritize and triage documents based on urgency and relevance.
    • Scanning and Uploading: Utilize scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital format. Upload scanned documents to designated digital drives or databases.
    • Digital Organization: Maintain digital filing systems, ensuring files are appropriately labeled and organized. Collaborate with team members to streamline digital document management processes.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members regarding incoming mail and document priorities. Provide timely updates on completed tasks and any issues that may arise.
    • Adherence to Procedures: Follow established procedures for handling sensitive information. Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
