Position Overview: 
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique blend of clinical workforce education, product training, and implementation project management for our products at Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). You will use your technology implementation knowledge and understanding of clinical and patient care to facilitate the implementation and utilization of our technology, enhancing the patient experience and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

    • Implementation and Support
    • Serve as the primary implementation leader for our technology solutions in SNFs, ensuring seamless integration into existing care processes.
    • Manage and assess facility needs, developing implementation plans and coordinating their execution to optimize technology utilization.

    • Training and Adoption
    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for healthcare staff to ensure proficient use of our remote monitoring solutions, aiming for maximized effectiveness and adoption.
    • Develop engaging training materials and maintain an accessible knowledge base to support ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
    • Organize and lead training initiatives, adapting content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of learners in healthcare settings.

    • Relationship Management and Collaboration
    • Foster and nurture strong relationships with healthcare teams, working collaboratively to support the successful integration and sustained use of our remote monitoring solutions.
    • Coordinate with in-house care teams and remote healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive experience.
    • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, offering insights from technology implementation and ensuring device usage is effectively integrated into patient care plans.

    • Quality Improvement and Compliance
    • Engage in quality improvement initiatives by providing constructive feedback to product development and engineering teams, based on user experiences and technology performance.
    • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and patient safety guidelines, maintaining a commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of technology implementation, patient education, and device functionality checks, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
    • Excellent verbal/written communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse groups.
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
    • Experience with healthcare technology solutions or telehealth services is highly preferred.
    • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-75% as needed for implementation, training, and business needs.
    • Comfort and familiarity working in healthcare settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, ideally with knowledge of nursing workflows and needs.
