Vice President of Revenue Management & Ticketing Strategy – Resident Shows & Affiliate Shows Division

The Vice President of Revenue Management & Ticketing Strategy will report directly to the President, Resident Shows & Affiliate Shows Division and will play a lead role in our revenue growth & overall ticketing strategy.
 
The Vice President of Revenue Management & Ticketing Strategy will:  
- Develop business analytics and form strategies for dynamic pricing, platinum products, VIP Experience, secondary partnerships, F&B packages, and other revenue growth opportunities for the division;
- Proactively develop and manage inventory, maximizing revenues through dynamic price changes that are informed by forecasting models and price testing, balancing occupancy and average ticket price;
- Lead Cirque du Soleil, Blue Man Group, and VStar Entertainment forecasting efforts, including oversight and collaboration with our external partners
- Work with key partners including MGM, Treasure Island, Hard Rock and Disney to optimize pricing and promotions, building out tools for intraday pricing adjustments;
- Monitor city wide trends across Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, New York, Boston, & Honolulu specific to in-bound travel, trends, consumer mix, entertainment mix/share, competitor pricing, and impact of events in city on Cirque business;
- Analyze ticketing reports and manage inventory to maximize revenues through dynamic pricing, strategic promotions, and channel partnerships; 
- Develop and implement new Premium & Hospitality packages
- Oversee box office; 
- Develop new reports and strategies focusing on yield management and inventory management which will lead to actionable opportunities for revenue growth throughout entire sales cycle; 
- Develop new scaling strategies and overall pricing model; 
-Manage 3rd party ticketing partnerships; 
- Lead collaboration between Sales & Marketing teams in support of RSD and Blue Man Group to develop and execute sales pricing and offer strategies as well as maximize channel outcomes;
- Lead collaboration between internal resident shows & affiliate shows division departments to develop new ancillary revenue products and streams.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required;
- 15+ years experience in ticketing and revenue management. 
- Expert in Outbox, Ticketmaster, AXS and other ticketing systems;
- Strong working knowledge of business intelligence systems;
- Ability to travel occasionally to show locations;
- Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization.
