Digital Insights Analyst

We are looking for a Digital InsightsAnalyst to join the circus! This position will work with the Resident Shows Division (RSD)Digital team and support the Digital Insights & Analytics Managerin managing various Digital Transformation projects, including utilizing the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to provide an integrated, real-time, customer-centric view that empowers the Marketing and Digital teams to create more personalized, relevant, and timely experiences. 
 

The Digital Insights Analyst will have the opportunity to:  

·       Measure the success of all paid digital campaigns to promote the RSD locally, nationally, and internationally for the shows Mystère, “O”, Michael Jackson ONE, KÀ, The Beatles LOVE, Drawn to Life, Mad Apple, and Blue Man Group, as well as future RSD shows as they are developed. 
·       Collaborate with International Headquarters (IHQ) Customer Data & Analytics team and assist Digital Insights & Analytics Manager to execute various Digital Transformation projects. 
·       Act as “Super User” in the Treasure Data platform to create CDP use cases and audience segmentations.  
·       Maintain and analyze Qualtrics survey questions for each RSD show, reporting monthly changes to internal and external partners. 
·       Review results of Market Mix Modeling findings and provide analysis to Digital Insights & Analytics Manager to recommend shifts in budget allocations. 
·       Develop and execute an efficient A/B testing strategy as requested or by self-suggestion, reporting results to Digital team for campaign optimizations. 
·       Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to showcase Digital Transformation projects that communicate effectively with senior leadership, internal team members, and external partners to ensure alignment. 
·       Perform research on new data analytics tools and features on GA4, and other relevant platforms. 
·       Stay up to date on the latest trends and changes in the digital advertising landscape. 
·       Complete other job-related duties as assigned. 
 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:  

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science or other related field; 
·       At least 2+ years of experience indata analysis, digital marketing, or related roles,preferably in the entertainment industry; 
·       Experience with Google Analytics and strong data analysis skills. Experience with other data analytics and visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus; 
·       Knowledge of paid digital best practices and optimization capabilities; 
·       Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task;  
·       Strong communication abilitieswith a creative and self-starter mindset;  
·       Resides in Las Vegas, or willing to relocate within 60 days of hire; 
·       Ability to travel as required; 
·       Fluent in English, both spoken and written; 
·       Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization;
