Our partner Grupo Vidanta, a leading developer and operator of luxury resorts, entertainment experiences, and tourism infrastructure in Latin America is currently recruiting a Company Manager.
Under the operational management of the VidantaWorld Entertainment Operations Director and with the support of the Cirque du Soleil Partner Support and Services Director, the Company Manager will help build and find ways to maintain and continuously improve the overall guest experience of Cirque du Soleil LUDÕ, a theatrical dinner-show staged in a custom-built theatre at VidantaWorld’s BON Luxury Theme Park.
You will be known for the following:
- Team leadership: be the motivational force behind the scenes, contributing to employees’ and artists’ well-being and professional development;
- Operations management: ensuring objectives and targets are met while upholding Grupo Vidanta and Cirque du Soleil’s strong customer-driven approach;
- Budget expertise: in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, oversee the show’s operational budget and expenditures;
- Strategic business decisions: identifying potential risks and contributing to maximizing sales opportunities;
- Prominent Vidanta & Cirque ambassador: act as the show’s local corporate officer and spokesperson when liaising with business partners, promoters, suppliers, media or local authorities for the show;
- Situational management: in the event of an environmental necessity or unexpected occurrence, act as the Security Focal Point to ensure appropriate decisions and actions are undertaken in conjunction with stakeholders.
We would like to meet you if you have these qualifications:
- University-level diploma in a relevant discipline;
- Pertinent experience in show business, budget management & demonstrated leadership skills;
- Adventure-seeking, challenge-driven conciliator;
- Excellent communication skills paired with political savvy;
- Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment;
- Experience in emerging countries together with cultural awareness will be highly valued;
- Available to work full-time in Mexico;
- Fluent in English and knowledge of Spanish an asset.
