What you'll do:
- Drive growth and cultivate long-term relationships with existing customer accounts in your region.
- Lead renewal discussions by assessing client needs and proposing value-driven contract terms.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with clients’ goals and market positioning.
- Monitor client satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively to foster loyalty and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on best practices to enhance ROI.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, from the onboarding process through renewal negotiations.
- Challenge the status quo by identifying areas for improvement within customer accounts while ensuring successful contract renewals.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to manage and retain your client portfolio effectively.
What you'll need:
- Proven ability to interact confidently with all levels of clients, from C-Level executives to operational employees.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A drive and ambition to meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- A structured approach to managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a passion for owning targets and ensuring client success.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to balance proactive account planning with reactive client requests.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of managing and exceeding performance targets.
- Previous experience in a similar SaaS Account Management role.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to quickly establish professional relationships.
- Familiarity with Social Media and/or Consumer Research platforms.
- Experience in new business sales, ideally within software or SaaS.
