What you'll do:

    • Lead Qualification and Conversion using our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criterion into accounts with focus on opportunity generation, ISR/MDRs need to keep a proper balance on qualification rate of MQLs 
    • Outreach in the form of calls and emails to contacts on MQLs (profiled forms as well as inbound demo requests and BDR provided contacts). The number of calls will be contingent on the number of accounts and leads that are generated from marketing
    • Managing and handling conversations from our web chat platform Drift to generate new biz opportunities
    • Handling marketing related leads from marketing driven functions like conferences and webinars (when applicable) 

How you'll do it:

    • Salesforce knowledge and processes in addition to showcasing strong product and use case knowledge 
    • MDRs are expected to manage their time appropriately to complete tasks in order to fulfil their targets.

What you have:

    • Positive attitude at all times and team participation. ISR/MDRs are expected to keep both an individual- as well as a team performance perspective 
    • Outbound calling experience
    • Experience in converting marketing generated leads into opportunities.
    • Salesforce knowledge and processes in addition to showcasing strong product and use case knowledge 
    • Be Fluent in German and English- both speaking and written.
