Brandwatch is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Content Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, customizing, and optimizing email templates, cadences, and snippets tailored to various use cases, target personas, and market positioning. This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing team to identify and adapt necessary materials for sales-led outreach. The Inside Sales Content Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing sales cadences in Salesloft, analyzing content effectiveness, researching best practices, and proposing relevant topics to enhance our sales outreach efforts. This role reports to the Senior Director, Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Write and Customize Email Templates and Cadences: Develop and tailor email templates, cadences, and snippets for different use cases, target personas, and market positioning to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to identify essential materials for sales-led outreach.
    • Adapt marketing content to fit sales needs and objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
    • Maintain and Organize Cadences: Regularly update and manage sales cadences in Salesloft to ensure they are current, relevant, and effective.
    • Analyze Content Effectiveness: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and booking rates.
    • Make data-driven adjustments to email templates and cadences to improve overall effectiveness and achieve sales goals.
    • Research Best Practices: Stay informed on the latest best practices for email outreach and social selling.
    • Implement new strategies and techniques to enhance the sales outreach process.
    • Propose Relevant Topics: Conduct research to identify timely and relevant topics that can inform and enhance sales-led outreach efforts.
    • Ensure content remains relevant and engaging for the target audience.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a content management or sales enablement role, preferably within a B2B sales environment.
    • Proven experience with Salesloft or similar sales engagement platforms.
    • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    • Proficiency in researching and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
$75,000 - $100,000 a year
For Individuals based in New York, Brandwatch is required to disclose a salary range for this role.
The base compensation of $75,000-$100,000 is specific to New York and will be determined based on skills and qualifications.
