We are seeking a talented and motivated French and English-speaking Solutions Consultant to join our EMEA pre-sales team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to potential and existing clients to support an aggressive growth plan. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives, demonstrating how Brandwatch/Cision’s solutions can address their challenges and add value to their operations.

What you will do:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies for new business development.
    • Conduct detailed needs assessments with potential clients, identifying their requirements and challenges.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations in French and English, tailored to the audience's needs and interests.
    • Provide technical advice and support to clients during the sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our platform.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to better serve our clients and improve our offerings.
    • Work closely with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of our solutions.

What you will need:

    • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a solutions consultant, sales engineer, or similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer intelligence, and social media landscapes.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple terms for a non-technical audience.
    • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
