We are seeking a talented and motivated English-speaking Solutions Consultant to join our EMEA pre-sales team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales teams by providing technical expertise and in-depth product knowledge to potential and existing clients, contributing to our ambitious growth plan. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives, demonstrating how Brandwatch/Cision’s solutions can address their challenges and add value to their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored presentations and demonstrations that align with their business objectives.
    • Solution Design: Design and propose customized solutions that leverage Brandwatch’s platform capabilities to meet the unique needs of allocated region clients.
    • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Brandwatch’s product offerings, staying updated on the latest features and best practices, particularly in relation to the allocated market.
    • Client Engagement: Engage with prospects through discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to highlight the value of Brandwatch’s solutions.
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, providing strategic insights and technical expertise.
    • Market Insight: Provide feedback to product management and marketing teams on the specific needs and trends within the allocated region, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies.
    • Training & Enablement: Educate sales teams on Brandwatch’s offerings, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
    • Post-Sales Transition: Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring that client expectations are met.

Required Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar role within the software or digital marketing industry.
    • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, social listening, digital marketing, and data analytics.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused solutions.
    • Customer-Centric: A deep commitment to understanding client needs and providing solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to creatively solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams, including sales, product management, and customer success.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with social media analytics, consumer intelligence, or similar industries.
    • Technical Skills: Experience with data visualization tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools.
    • Cultural Understanding: Knowledge of the cultural and business nuances of the allocated region.
