The position:
As a forerunner in the executive briefing business, we rely on our Client Success team to be the voice of the company and ensure our clients’ expectations are exceeded in everything we do.

As a Client Success Associate, you will need to know how to navigate complex situations. You will be responsible for developing partnerships with our clients to help them achieve their goals and establish Bulletin Intelligence as a partner on their team. You are the client’s voice within the company and the voice of the company to the client. As such, the Client Success Manager plays an invaluable role in client communication, problem solving and editorial quality control.
This includes onboarding and implementation, ongoing adoption, growth, and ultimately renewal. The Client Success team works daily to go above and beyond to wow our clients and ensure they have the best experience in every interaction with our company. The perfect candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who builds partnerships externally and internally while bringing an intellectual curiosity to work each day.

What is a typical day like?
It depends on the day. You may be talking to clients about improving our service. Or you could be resolving client issues under a tight deadline. You could also be working closely with editorial, technical and sales departments to resolve client issues and enhance our products and service. No day is the same when it comes to serving our clients. 

You will help us by:

    • Build long-term client relationships.
    • Anticipate and articulate client needs to become a trusted advisor and business partner.
    • Write quick updates or short turnaround reports for clients on tight deadlines.
    • Engage internal team members, including operations and sales, to deliver on client objectives.

You will be a good fit if you:

    • Have strong relationship skills with a service mentality and really "get" the news
    • Are a problem solver who can tackle issues head-on
    • Demonstrate intelligence and an unfailing attention to detail
    • Show the ability to think on your feet and stay above stressful situations
    • Are a team player who will pitch in when needed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree

You will be a great fit if you also have:

    • 1 to 5 years of media/journalism/customer experience
