In this role you will work closely with the sales executives and senior subject matter experts across the Cision org, serving as the central hub to provide answers to the technical product and process questions our customers and prospective customers ask in the course of vetting Brandwatch as their social provider.  

You will be joining the Revenue Operations team, which is a cross departmental unit working with all commercial teams on enablement, strategy, processes, tooling & forecasting. 

Duties and responsibilities

    • Manage overall RFP and questionnaire activities – from initial receipt to satisfied completion – to ensure an on-time and accurate submission.
    • Develop a of timeline of bid milestones from initial review of documentation through response development, draft preparation and management sign-off
    • Track the progress of the RFP and questionnaire response to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure timely delivery of compliant, commercially sound and professionally-produced proposals and bids – regularly managing overlapping or conflicting deadlines.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as the focal point for all bid related queries and communication.
    • Coordinate and edit the contributions of the contributing team members (i.e., product, privacy, security, and other SMEs, as needed) to develop high quality, compliant responses that put Brandwatch in the best position to win.
    • Compile content/input from all team members into the final response, taking responsibility for the overall quality of the document.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and development of proposal management best practices, creating and maintaining a knowledge repository of winning proposal documents & templates, estimation frameworks, delivery methodologies.
    • Develop a deep practical and working knowledge of the suite of products, as well as the company’s security, privacy, and compliance protocols.
    • Provide status and metric reporting on key performance indicators for senior leadership to leverage.

Competencies, Attributes, Knowledge

    • Ideally two or more years of experience managing multiple bids. Experience providing winning responses related to technical RFPs would be an advantage.
    • The confidence to hold SMEs (including senior executives) accountable for their contribution to ensure timely submission of an RFP response.
    • Excellent English written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize among multiple, competing, high-priority responses.
    • History of working in a team environment under pressure.
    • Superior project and time management skills.
    • Deep technical curiosity.
    • Ownership mentality.
    • Flexibility to work across time zones and geographies, as needed.
    • Willingness to handle repetitive tasks.
