We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to join our team and help maintain a safe and secure environment at a private residential property. Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a visible, professional security presence to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity
    • Conduct fixed post, mobile, and foot patrols of the property and surrounding areas
    • Monitor pedestrian and vehicle access points and enforce site-specific protocols
    • Respond to incidents involving trespassing, loitering, or policy violations
    • Accurately document and report incidents, suspicious behavior, and safety hazards
    • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate
    • Conduct routine safety checks and provide ongoing assessments of site vulnerabilities
    • Perform traffic control and assist with access management as needed
    • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations, including emergencies
    • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Complete other duties or special assignments as directed by site leadership

Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
    • Ability to walk, stand, or patrol for extended periods and work overnight shifts
    • Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to write clear and detailed reports
    • Must pass a background check and any applicable licensing requirements
