Responsibilities

    • Create leads among retailers in the fashion and luxury industry
    • Pitch to C-level executives (CFO, CIO, CTO) and convert sales leads
    • Collaborate with Citcon Product Marketing team to help merchants generate more volume
    • Provide weekly report to VP and senior leadership for sales operation KPIs, work with leadership team to define sales strategy
    • Provide market feedback to the leadership & product team regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
    • Planning and executing sales strategy to penetrate into new markets & verticals
    • Work with Operations & Customer Success team to maintain good relationship with key accounts and help them to develop their Chinese business
    • Package based on fix+bonus

Requirements

    • More than 5 years experience in Sales
    • Strong knowledge of the retail industry and its needs, process and habits
    • Experience in payment industry is a strong plus
    • A proven track record of delivering sales results in an integrated cross-channel environment 
    • Four year Bachelor or Master Degree. Majored in Business, Marketing, Retail business or related field
    • Passionate about FinTech, payment, internet business, China and familiar with market trends
    • Prior Business Development experience is a must
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
    • Multilingual (English, French, Italian, Chinese…) speaker preferred but not required
    • Can work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity and stress and stay cool
    • Some travel might be needed in North-America and Europe
