Join our fast growing team to bring easiest payment solution to millions of consumers and thousands of merchants. You will lead the post-sales technical support effort, and work with developers, product managers, and account managers to solve business customers’ problem.

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor degree in CS, EE, CE, or software-related majors, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years experience on technical support or engineering position
    • Hands-on experiences with Linux, MySQL, Git, and Jira among other tools
    • Expert on troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning
    • Familiar with computer architecture and network protocols
    • Strong communication skills, both internally with multiple teams and externally with customers/partners
    • Deep understanding of both waterfall and agile development lifecycle
    • Self-motivated, fast learner, and productive under high pressure
    • Flexible on assignment, has the potential to manage a QA team
    • Result driven with attention to detail

Preferred Experiences and Skills

    • Experiences in FinTech, especially QR-based digital wallet
    • Experience on AWS or other IaaS
    • Bilingual (English and Chinese) communications
    • Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, PHP, NodeJS, and MongoDB
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Experience to design, implement, and test RESTful API
