1. Perform qualitative and quantitative e-commerce vertical's research analysis and the
related ad hoc analysis to identify payment opportunities as well as targeted online
merchants segments.
2. Conduct mathematical and statistical modeling data analysis & visualization via Excel
and Tableau by applying into our merchants’ info database which includes merchants’
sales, order volumes, fee rate, industry categories, business locations, e-com platforms,
etc. Formulate and optimize Citcon payment product strategies, pricing strategies, and
Go-to-Market strategies for the company’s e-commerce business based on the analysis.
3. Monitor current online business sales performance, project merchants' conversion rate,
and work as a point of contact in assisting merchants using Citcon payment services.
4. Gather payment services required documents, integration issues, and user experience
from online e-commerce merchants, coordinate with the tech team, product team, and
sales team closely to execute payment integration with sound user experience, up-selling
& cross-selling, and convert more sales.
5. Improve management efficiency and solve ongoing operational issues by creating
standard process flows (such as payment products selling and integration process) and
support products launch process with smooth operations factoring in payment risk,
partners’ resources, users’ sentiment, and other business requirements.

EDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE: Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration or closely related fields.
