Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Marketing to lead our digital marketing agency to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the digital space, with a strong focus on client acquisition and retention. As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing vision, overseeing the development of innovative campaigns, and ensuring the agency's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and overall agency growth.
2. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
4. Oversee the creation and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and providing strategic recommendations to drive their business objectives.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the executive team.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
