About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our TPM Team. In this role, you’ll partner with the VP of Engineering and Head of Product for our Poland teams to drive planning, execution, and strategic programs needed for multiple product areas. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization within Engineering operations. This group is responsible for supporting our product and engineering teams, agile coaching & process governance, driving strategic engineering programs, and associated interlocks the Product & Engineering organization needs to be successful.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland and be able to travel to the office in Kraków as needed.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering and Product leads for key initiatives that need to be delivered across multiple product areas (Mobile, Common Platform Services, Data Platform, Data Science/Machine Learning)
- Continuously seek to improve processes and streamline collaboration across teams and product areas, especially those dependent on these areas across multiple geographies
- Understands Agile Methodologies at both the team level (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and possesses experience working in a Scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Understands the portfolio of work for those product area teams, including impediments, major risks, and dependencies, in order to drive planning and execution quarter over quarter
- Ability to lead engineering programs and product initiatives across our portfolio of products
- Understands which metrics to track from a planning and execution perspective, alongside engineering productivity and effectiveness
- Willingness and ability to influence and coach processes and practices in Engineering and Product Management
- Contributes to the improvement of the Engineering Operations Organization in order to scale our operations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of total experience in the same or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience as a TPM supporting a high-growth SaaS product
- Strong Jira aptitude and an understanding of engineering management platforms (e.g., Jellyfish)
- Strong at team-level Agile and possesses experience working within scaled frameworks
- Ability to drive open items (risks, dependencies, etc.) to effective resolution in the planning and execution process
- Experience leading cross-functional programs in an R&D organization from idea to completion
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand the high-level architecture of what is being built to successfully drive planning and execution
- Possesses a growth mindset and leads with positive energy
