About the Opportunity
We are looking for a world class brand strategist to lead our brand and content team, weaving together Clari’s category-defining innovation, deep practical know-how and passionate customers to make Revenue Operations and Clari required equipment for multiple industries and audiences. This leader will drive earned awareness and communications, brand advertising, corporate and industry events, executive platforms, web, social and other online channels, while providing cross functional leadership to maintain excellent brand expression and consistency across all marketing touch points. This leader will take over and further build out a high-performing team of internal and external creative resources to produce remarkable assets, insights and experiences. This position reports to Clari’s Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:

    • Create and drive Clari’s Revenue Operations category creation strategy, defining programs, targets, milestones, activities and assets
    • Manage a team of internal and external content creators and program owners to consistently deliver remarkable results
    • Direct responsibility for broad communications channels and KPIs, including web, PR/Comms and social channels
    • Cross-functional responsibility for consistent brand execution across all Clari touch points
    • Closely partner with Design, Product Marketing and Growth Marketing leaders to guide and support initiatives and deliver against pipeline targets

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years technology marketing experience, including exposure to well-established global brands
    • Have spent time in hyper-growth startups and thrive on high-velocity ideation, planning and execution
    • Deep understanding of category strategy and direct experience driving category creation
    • Track record of translating innovation into brand leadership
    • Experience managing large budgets and internal/external creative development
    • Value-add creative leader with an opinionated vision that translates across different media and channels
    • Analytically grounded and apply a metrics-driven thought process in service of strategy and prioritization
    • A robust, practical playbook drawn from real-life experience that can drive cross-functional execution of plans, briefs, and programs
