The Revenue team's mission at Clari is to lead the company and the market by selling the only platform purpose-built to run revenue. Our team's purview spans all things revenue — operations, new logos, account management, and sales development — as well as enablement, programs, and value engineering. We're responsible not just for creating and closing high-velocity pipelines, but also the programs and training that help turn pipelines into revenue.

About the Role 
We’re looking for a Senior RevOps Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll partner with our marketing, sales, customer success, and analytics teams to drive data strategy, infrastructure management, and analysis.  You will be part of the larger Revenue Operations Organization at Clari, responsible for managing the go to market strategy and helping drive the business forward.  We’re looking for strong data advocates who can plug into cross-functional working teams seamlessly and drive a data driven decision making culture.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product, PMM, CSM, Finance / BI) to produce insights that shed light on company trends and best practices that can ultimately drive revenue growth
    • Build and manage revenue data infrastructure and governance strategy to ensure data reliability
    • Analyze data as well as understand the importance of building a scalable data foundation on which to run that analysis 
    • Ability to translate business questions into data analysis; share complex data models and insights to present across multiple teams and levels 
    • Continuously seek to improve processes and streamline collaboration across teams and be a strong advocate for best practices in tools and instrumentation

Qualifications

    • 4+ years in an analytics-driven role
    • Analytical mindset with demonstrated history of data analysis and storytelling
    • Experience working with modern databases and data normalization, Snowflake experience preferred
    • Strong proficiency with SQL and Python preferred
    • Familiar with enterprise BI products for visualization in tools such as Thoughtspot or Tableau
    • Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics and revenue operations preferred
    • Ability to build data pipelines with demonstrated ETL experience preferred

      Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.

      The salary range for this position is $116,300 to $174,400. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
