About the Team
The Engineering team at Clari is an Agile shop that practices Scrum across all our teams. We layer in coordination practices such as Big Room Planning to align with Clari’s KPIs quarterly across sites and teams. About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to be a part of a team of 2-3 engineers that will own and drive the technical direction of Clari’s VOIP Dialer. This core functionality helps our front-line sellers engage with customers. The dialer will be used by thousands of Sales users (Clari’s customers) on a daily basis as a core part of their job - a great improvement over the legacy phone systems they are using today.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a consistent, delightful and seamless user experience
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications
- Interface with cross-functional teams to build and refine features for an expanding user base
- Deliver high-quality contributions to large, impactful projects
- Address and resolve software defects reported by the QA team or end-users
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives, providing input for task breakdown and ensuring timely delivery
- Participate in software design reviews, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to software development best practices
Qualifications
- Experience in creating user interfaces with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, as well as fluent in web services/API standards like REST and GraphQL
- experience in CSS, HTML
- Adept at working with engineering teams to build consensus on technical architecture and design
- Good written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Knowledge of RDBMS, Postgres, SQL
- experience in backend languages and frameworks
- Ability to rapidly learn and gain expertise in third-party APIs, with a strong interest in technologies like Twilio, Zoom, and RingCentral
- Understanding of data structures, design patterns, and data modelling
