About the Team
Clari's IT team serves as the technological backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly across the company. Our mission is to achieve operational excellence and drive innovation through state-of-the-art technology solutions. We design, implement, and maintain critical IT systems that enhance our business processes and support informed decision-making. Our team of specialists is proficient in areas such as identity and access governance, system integrations and automations, SaaS spend and analytics, asset management, cybersecurity, and the management of our essential ITSM and AI-integrated systems.

We create, manage, and maintain Clari's internal technology stack, guaranteeing reliable and scalable IT infrastructure that supports our employees across the entire organization. Dedicated to continuous improvement, we work closely with various departments to optimize business applications and align with our company's strategic goals, making us a crucial component of Clari’s success.

About the Role
The IT Team at Clari is on a mission to establish an exceptional support team, and we need your help! We are in search of an empathetic and inquisitive problem solver who can challenge the existing norms and inspire those around them. You will be the first point of contact and primary IT support for our headquarters in Sunnyvale, US, as well as for our globally distributed employees. You will collaborate closely with our other IT team members and play a vital role on the team.

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by refining our processes and implementing systems that address genuine business challenges.

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Sunnyvale office as needed.

Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, resolving daily IT issues for employees worldwide through our Slack channel and Jira IT project
    • Facilitate all employee lifecycle IT processes, including onboarding/offboarding, orientations, and equipment setup/provisioning
    • Administer, configure, license, and integrate corporate SaaS applications
    • Build and maintain office network infrastructure
    • Provide hardware, software, and network support for both HQ and remote employees
    • Deliver AV support for HQ conference rooms and large events
    • Manage, set up, and maintain assets within our MDM and Asset Management systems
    • Perform and enhance daily IT processes, from recurring security/compliance audits to lifecycle and SaaS automations
    • Champion excellent IT knowledge base documentation practices
    • Support Okta (IdP) and manage new SAML integrations
    • Configure, support, and maintain Atlassian products
    • Assist with the execution and delivery of high-impact IT initiatives

Qualifications

    • Ability to work in the Sunnyvale HQ office minimum of 3 days a week
    • 3+ years of experience in a high-impact, fast-paced IT helpdesk environment handling a high volume of tickets with varying complexity
    • Strong critical thinking skills, capable of independently solving complex problems
    • This is an IT support and customer-first oriented role - excellent communication, critical thinking, and customer service are key
    • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross functionally
    • Advanced troubleshooting experience with Mac and Windows systems
    • Expertise in administering Okta IdP, Google Workspace, and other Cloud and SaaS systems.
    • Proven self-starter with a track record of delivering on complex tasks, projects, and initiatives
    • Some experience with programming/scripting, automation development, and SAML/SCIM is desired but not mandatory
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

      Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.

      The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $130,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
