Team Overview: The Marketing and Communications team at Clarify Health is responsible for generating recognition and demand for our brand. We bring our brand to life through public relations, event management, social media, and content development. We collaborate across all departments within the organization from product to operations, sales to engineering. It is our job to reach prospects, customers, investors, and the wider market to create and instill a compelling brand image.
 
The Role: The Digital Marketing Associate will focus on developing unique marketing campaigns that drive demand with our targets and customers across all channels. You’ll love this role if you have a passion for using technology to tell your story, learning by doing, and experimenting. 

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

    • Working with the Marketing Team to design, execute, learn, and measure digital marketing initiatives
    • Pardot: Designing and implementing automated drip campaigns to guide prospects through the marketing funnel
    • Salesforce: Managing prospect database, leads and campaigns
    • Social media: Maintaining the social media calendar, contributing to content creation, and monitoring inbound communications
    • Measurement: Establish and improve measurement instrument to report on marketing channel contribution to the pipeline

What we are looking for: We are a small but growing team looking for motivated individuals with a demonstrated ability to run projects and initiatives start to finish. Our team members are creative by nature but value process and organization. We are looking for team members who will enrich our company culture and have a strong passion for impact. In particular, the Digital Marketing Associate would ideally have:

    • 1-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
    • Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders
    • Salesforce CRM experience, with an emphasis on leads and campaigns management
    • Database management expertise, with an emphasis on managing distinct contact lists/segments
    • Robust knowledge of social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and emerging services
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google apps

Bonus points for:

    • Healthcare technology experience
    • Experience using Marketing automation tools e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Campaign Manager
    • Experience using social media automation tools such as Hootsuite
    • Design expertise
    • WordPress editing
