Team Overview: The Marketing and Communications team at Clarify Health is responsible for generating recognition and demand for our brand. We bring our brand to life through public relations, event management, social media, and content development. We collaborate across all departments within the organization from product to operations, sales to engineering. It is our job to reach prospects, customers, investors, and the wider market to create and instill a compelling brand image.
The Role: The Event Marketing Associate will create event experiences that delight, inspire, and educate our audiences, bring our brand to life, and help expand our reach. You’ll love this role if you have a passion for rolling up your sleeves, learning by doing, and experimenting.

The Event Marketing Associate will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

    • Planning: Managing our tradeshow database, including finding, evaluating, and tracking all relevant tradeshows and events
    • Execution: Coordinating successful event application, participation, marketing, and logistics
    • Measurement: Working with the team to measure and track impact of events
    • Innovation: Concepting and implementing new ways to tell our brand story through tradeshows and events

What we are looking for: We are a small but growing team looking for motivated individuals with a demonstrated ability to run projects and initiatives start to finish. Our team members are creative by nature but value process and organization. We are looking for team members who will enrich our company culture and have a strong passion for impact. In particular, the Event Marketing Associate would ideally have:

    • 1-3 years of relevant project management or event marketing experience
    • Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders
    • Salesforce CRM experience, with an emphasis on leads and campaigns management
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google apps

Bonus points for:

    • Healthcare technology experience
    • Event planning experience
    • Experience using Marketing automation tools e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Campaign Manager
    • Design expertise
