The Care Prism product team designs, builds, and delivers the analytics platform for Clarify's customers.  We require creative problem-solvers who have strong analytical, customer, and interpersonal skills and can operate effectively in a startup.

The Role
The Clinical Informatics Manager will work closely with Clarify clinical transformation and engineering teams to ensure healthcare data is used as effectively as possible in our products. The job requires a strong analytical but clinical thinker who is an expert in healthcare data and can thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

The Clinical Informatics Manager will be responsible for a range of roles, including (but not limited to):

    • Developing the research and analytics to power Clarify's care evaluation and recommendation content 
    • Leveraging knowledge of clinical care delivery and data including claims, EMR, and other sources
    • Working closely with product, data science, and customer-facing teams to research new capabilities and built out the capability within Clarify's offerings
    • Leading multiple projects including projects that help us scale our internal capabilities
    • Managing external clinical informatics experts to supplement internal resources when needed

What we are looking for

    • We are a small team, still in the early phases of startup growth. As such, we are ideally looking for “all-around athletes” with strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills. We are also looking for new team members who will be a solid fit with our culture and have a strong passion for impact.
    • In particular, the Clinical Informatics Manager would ideally have:
    • 5-8 years expertise in healthcare data and translating them into clinical insights
    • Experience working with or building clinical information systems
    • Ability to build strong relationships across teams
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to distill critical insights
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Willingness to contribute to building Clarify with energy and excitement
