The objective of Knowledge Management (KM) is to harness the firm’s internal knowledge so that our collective expertise can be leveraged to support critical areas of our business – project delivery, business development, staff professional development & training, amongst others. The role of the KM Associate has two key components: 1) working with consulting staff to capture and share learnings and insights from project work that can be leveraged more broadly across the firm, while also maintaining client confidentiality and 2) continually improving consulting staff accessibility to and engagement with our knowledge assets.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and capture key information from casework, including industry insights, strategic frameworks, case examples, tools and templates
    • Adapt and package case content, deliverables, and insights to allow shareability across the firm
    •     Removing confidential information from case materials
    •     Classifying and tagging materials to ensure that content can be easily found on the intranet
    •     Posting content on the KM page so that the materials can be leveraged by case teams 
    • Support development of KM materials on additional key topics as needed to support firm needs
    • Help identify gaps/needs in KM resources
    • Maintain and update the firm intranet to ensure that the most recent information, resources, tools, templates, etc. are represented
    • Acts as a champion for KM and promote continued enhancements in process, content, and best practices across the firm

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred)
    • 1-2 years of experience in a professional services firm preferred
    • Experience with intranet content management & site/page maintenance preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Strong mastery of Microsoft365 suite of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
    • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
    • Enthusiasm for engaging in and driving firm culture
    • Ability to multi-task, incorporating good organizational skills and flexibility
    • Eligibility to work in the United States
