What We Need
At this critical stage of Clasp’s growth, we need an evangelical sales leader who can elevate, coach, and scale our sales team while pairing closely with marketing. This role is essential to ensuring we hit ambitious revenue targets while continuously refining our sales processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how Clasp grows revenue, partners with customers, and scales into new markets.

What you'll do

    • Coach, mentor, and develop sales reps to improve performance across win rates, deal size, and cycle times.
    • Establish and maintain a structured call review and feedback process to drive continuous improvement.
    • Partner with the Marketing team to align pipeline creation, reporting, and B2B sales tactics.
    • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Lead weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, ensuring accountability across the team.
    • Support enterprise-level sales opportunities as an executive sponsor and deal strategist.
    • Collaborate with Partner Success to ensure customer insights inform sales messaging and process improvements.
    • Represent Clasp at conferences, networking events, and with prospective enterprise customers.
    • Drive alignment between sales team tactics and company-wide revenue goals.

What You’ll Need

    • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS.
    • Proven success coaching and enabling sales teams to achieve or exceed quota.A “win or learn” mentality on all deals, ensuring any possible win happens while any deals lost teach us something.
    • Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset with experience building and interpreting sales dashboards.
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success.
    • Exceptional presentation and public-speaking skills with comfort in external-facing settings.
    • Empathy paired with radical candor—ability to inspire, challenge, and grow team members through rapid growth (e.g. new process requirements, team expansion, changes in expectations)Hands-on experience managing a CRM; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer and industry engagements.

$120,000 - $150,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge, ranging between $120,000 to $150,000 annually, with an on-target earnings between $160,000 to $200,000. In addition to the cash compensation package, we offer an attractive equity component as part of our compensation package, providing an opportunity for eligible employees to share in the success and growth of our company.
