We are seeking highly skilled EOFY Tax Administrators for positions in Melbourne and Sydney. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in managing tax administration processes during the End of Financial Year (EOFY) period. They will be responsible for tasks such as obtaining relevant tax statements, reconciling them to holding positions, and updating metrics to monitor performance. Additionally, candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence outcomes, and negotiate successfully. Advanced Excel skills, understanding of Australian financial markets, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Please note these are temporary contracts between 3 - 6 months commencing July.

Main Activities

    • Contacting Registries and Fund Managers to obtain relevant tax statements.
    • Reconciling tax statements to holding positions.
    • Reprocessing tax calculations in either IPS, HUB or GWP.
    • Updating various metrics to monitor performance.
    • General adhoc administrative tasks as required.

Required Experience

    • Understanding of the Australian Financial Markets
    • Understanding of Australian tax
    • Understanding of Australian dividend process
    • Medium to advanced excel skills
    • Excellent data entry skills
