The role
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Front of House Coordinator to deliver exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for all clients, visitors, and team members at our Martin Place office.

This is a part-time role is based in our Sydney office 4 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and friendly attitude
- Manage all aspects of the day to day running of the office including collection of newspapers, distribution of general office mail, daily set up of internal and external meeting rooms
- Assist with boardroom events and catering
- Assist with basic AV support relating to the client facing meeting rooms
- Maintain a neat and organised reception area
- Manage the scheduling of the client facing meeting rooms
- Assign visitor access passes as required
- Proactively manage all visitor bookings and arrivals, including issuing visitor passes and notifying hosts
- Assist with the organisation of office/staff events in line with the cultural events team program
- Sort and notify receivers of mail, packages and deliveries
Key requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Great personal presentation to ensure a memorable and positive experience for guests
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with clients, staff, and executives
- Effective communication with a diverse range of people, and the ability to build rapport easily
- Attention to detail in performing role requirements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, taking initiative when needed
- Competence in MS Office, Adobe, and internet applications, including calendar management
- Experience in supporting meeting hosts to create a positive experience for all attendees including ordering catering
- Commitment to achieving the company’s values and organisational behaviours
