The role
We have an exciting opportunity available within our Product Management team. As a key member, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the ongoing management and compliance of the HUB24 Managed Portfolio Service and the Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) offer. The role is responsible for reviewing and preparing disclosure and regulatory documentation. It also assists with Policy documentation enhancements to ensure these services meet regulatory standards while maximising operational efficiency and client contentment.
Key responsibilities
- Production and ongoing maintenance of disclosure documents
- Assisting with disclosure content development for new product features and changes in legislation
- Supporting with required implementation activities including communications and collateral
- Responding to product administration queries
- Day to day management of the Managed Portfolio Service and Managed Discretionary Account Projects support and participation
- Supporting the business successfully transition to MDA offer to the HUB24 technology platform Areas of focus
- Work collaboratively within the team to deliver on business outcomes
- Responding to day to day queries and to ensure a high quality customer experience
- Develop and maintain product procedures, policies and supporting content
Key skills required
- 1-2 years’ experience within a Product Management role focusing on Managed Accounts (including SMAs and MDAs), Wrap Platforms OR Product Disclosure.
- Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting platforms, Managed Accounts and investments.
- Good communications skill (verbal and written).
- Be able to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative team player that can also work automously
- A high level of enthusiasm, engagement and eagerness to learn & develop
