As a Business Analyst - Operations at myprosperity you will play a critical role in optimising internal operations and supporting scalable growth. You will work cross functionally to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements that enhance customer experience and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage continuous improvement activities and programs – taking a well-defined and measured approach to recommending changes across the business.
    • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through to delivery, including developing and maintaining project plans and resources.
    • Analyse and optimise end-to-end operational processes across the business and SaaS lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights, project scope or next steps.
    • Monitor key SaaS metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, activation rates) and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
    • Support the development and rollout of new operational initiatives, tools or integrations ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Maintain and improve internal documentation, process maps and knowledge centres.
    • Assist in change management efforts, including stakeholder communication and training.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess impact and identify further optimisation opportunities.
    • Provide data and insights for executive and board level reporting
    • Be the subject matter expert and support all projects involving our CRM across the business.
    • Support our sales and growth team by analysing and providing recommendations to streamline and optimise sales processes and operational efficiencies. 

Requirements

    • Previous experience in business or sales operations role or similar
    • Project management experience
    • Previous experience in process improvement
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
    • Strong self-motivation and organisation skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
    • Strong interpersonal skills
