The role of the Training & Onboarding Specialist is to support existing and new partners with their training and development needs on a day to day basis, and provide technical support to partner practices increasing value and engagement in myprosperity.
 
Although the primary relationship with Partners rests with the Sales & Account Management team, the Training & Onboarding Specialist works collaboratively to support the partner firm - advisers, accountants and support staff - with ongoing training needs to improve the user experience, and promote the functionality,  features and benefits to build and deepen usage and engagement of the myprosperity platform.

Responsibilities

    • Deliver engaging onboarding and training for myprosperity partners, both online and in person to drive early adoption, confident usage, and successful rollout to their client base
    • Promote the features and benefits of the myprosperity platform to existing partners to support growth and deepen engagement
    • Design, refine, and deliver training programmes via webinars, group sessions, 1:1s, and support materials (e.g., documentation and videos), ensuring best-practice implementation
    • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent, high-quality training content and delivery
    • Own the upkeep of content across the Partner and Client Help Centres, including training videos and webinars, to support self-service and troubleshooting
    • Partner with the development team to report bugs, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvements in user experience
    • Liaise with product managers and other stakeholders to feed partner insights into product enhancements and future roadmap planning
    • Build strong internal relationships with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Development teams, as well as with external partners and their key stakeholders
    • Represent myprosperity at industry events, conferences, and roadshows, delivering product updates and showcasing best practices
    • Positively contribute to team culture across the Training, Development, and broader myprosperity teams
    • Support with additional tasks as needed, such as forms management or CRM maintenance

Requirements

    • 3+ years’ experience delivering technical training or education, ideally within accounting or financial planning software
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
    • Collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and supports others
    • Self-motivated and intuitive problem solver with excellent time management and organisational abilities
    • Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment
    • Commercially savvy with a creative, solutions-focused mindset
    • Familiarity with financial planning and accounting software, as well as CRM systems
    • Confident presenter and excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a professional approach
