Clay Consulting, a VA subcontractor, is looking for a IMO Support Specialist to aid in the performance of Veteran Medical Examinations.
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager (SOM)
Overview: The IMO Specialist is responsible for performing IMO research in the vendor’s
portals to assist the completion of claim reports.
Responsibilities: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this
job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign
duties and responsibilities to this job at any time with reasonable accommodation.
1. Perform IMO research in a timely and accurate manner, defined by your manager
2. Complete the IMO Support Tracker daily to document research performance and meet
the minimum weekly IMO requirement set by the SOM, unless operations do not permit
3. Perform regular communications with SOM to offer feedback regarding workload
tasks/assignments
4. Follow the weekly provider IMO allocation given by your manager
5. Willing to train and develop new IMO specialist, if need be
6. Able to work at a Clay Consulting location or remotely by signing the UYOD policy
7. Perform other administrative tasks, as assigned by SOM, deemed reasonable by the
operational management team.

$15.50 - $15.50 an hour
