Overview: We are seeking a highly capable, adaptable, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff (EVP). This role will also work very closely to support our Chief Executive Officer. This is a dynamic, high-trust role that blends executive assistance, high touch communication, and hands-on operational support. The ideal candidate is proactive, sharp, discreet, and thrives in both structured executive environments and fast-paced, personal settings. This person will act as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff (EVP) - coordinating schedules, managing logistics, handling business and personal tasks, and ensuring smooth execution across all facets of the Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer’s day. "

Key Responsibilities:

    •  Calendar and inbox management for Chief of Staff and CEO 
    • Coordination of internal and external meetings, leadership sessions, board sessions, and off-site planning 
    • Preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents 
    • Support and coordinate flight/hotel bookings, itineraries, ground transportation, security coordination, and on-ground support 
    • Liaise with aviation team and travel partners for seamless execution 
    • Assist with personal errands, home management, appointments, and events 
    • Support broader executive initiatives and company priorities as needed 
    • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personal matters 

Preferred Skills

    • Strong administrative skill set (Microsoft suite, standard office software) 
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
    • Experience supporting high-level executives in both work and personal settings 
    • Comfortable with up to 30% travel — sometimes with short notice 
    • Proactive, calm under pressure, highly trustworthy, and service-oriented 
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to read a room 
    • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a "no task too small" mindset 

Other Requirements

    • Must be willing and able to travel 1-3 times per month  
    • Must be available off-hours to support/respond to communication or urgent tasks 
    • Must have reliable transportation and comfortable with using personal vehicle for errands (mileage reimbursement) 
This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such, candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
