We’re looking for an SDR Manager to manage a team of inbound SDRs in our growing sales development organization. You will coach, train, and support a team of highly talented SDRs to deliver the pipeline required to meet our ambitious new business goals. The inbound SDR function at Clearbit is not a new function but we’re looking for a talented leader who can help us manage, and help improve the process moving forward.

In this role you will:

    • Manage a team of 6+ SDRs to qualify new interest for our AEs to sell Clearbit products.
    • Support your direct reports by daily coaching and participating directly in customer conversations when necessary.
    • Become an expert on Clearbit & our space. Use this knowledge to support and train your direct reports to ultimately grow as sales professionals and hit targets.
    • Mentor and develop your sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new SDRs on sales process & Clearbit products.
    • Partner closely with marketing and our demand generation team. 
    • Establish operational excellence by reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

We are looking for someone with:

    • 2+ years as a quota carrying individual contributor in B2B sales with 1+ years of experience in a management/lead role with at least 3 direct reports.
    • Have experience with inbound saas models (ASP $12K-$100K).
    • Strong track record hitting their personal quota, coaching team members to individual goals, and strong mentorship skills.
    • Data driven and operationally focused mindset.
    • Strong aptitude/interest in data, technology, and learning.
    • Previous sales methodology training, & Salesforce experience.
    • Self-starter and comfort with ambiguity - experience at high-growth startup preferred.
    • (Nice to have) Experience selling & managing sales across multiple products.
    • (Nice to have) Experience in B2B SaaS with martech/salestech software/buyers (ex. CMO’s, sales ops, marketing ops, etc).
