The Customer Support Specialist role is fiercely committed to ensuring customers’ needs are met and exceeded. Successful execution of the role will include a proactive approach to setting expectations, the ability to clearly understand the customer’s needs, and confidence building communication to the customer.  Additionally, the Customer Support Specialist will be team-oriented with a willingness to assist in any team task as needed through the day, an effective multitasker and have the ability to work at a fast pace with minimal errors.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6-3, 7-4 or 8-5

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Proactively update customers on expected delivery dates for files with at risk due dates
    • Respond to high priority calls and email requests with professionalism and solution-oriented enthusiasm
    • Act as a liaison between operations and customers on critical documentation or information needed to move a report forward while clearing roadblocks
    • Foster positive customer experiences through file level interaction
    • Provide high quality status updates on files, thoroughly answering all customer questions, while providing consistent and progressive updates that build customer confidence
    • Process and follow up on customer revision requests
    • Resolve escalations by partnering with the customer, Customer Support Team lead, Customer Success Manager, Customer Support Manager and operations and quality stakeholders

    • Multitasking at a fast pace with minimal errors
    • Onsite, full time employee
    • Meeting or exceeding all performance metrics
    • Effectively understand and address unique customer needs and work in new client/high priority orders and projects
    • Ability to identify roadblocks and implement solutions
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Professional demeanor when coordinating with internal partners as well as customers
