Clear Capital is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our supportive, energetic team as a People Team Support Specialist. We’re a passionate, dedicated team that loves what we do and has fun doing it.  Our team values collaboration and positivity, and this role plays a crucial part in maintaining the spirit and culture of our company. This is a front desk role where you’ll spend 4 days onsite and 1 day working remotely each week. You’ll help create a welcoming environment for visitors and employees while also providing valuable support to the People Team in a variety of HR/administrative-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to both customer service and HR functions.

What You Will Work On

    • Provide support to the organization and its employees, driving and supporting our positive culture and engagement. 
    • Greeting guests, checking in guests, ensuring proper badge usage, including guest badges, ID verification, and support for new badge creation, partnering with the service desk team. 
    • Oversee front desk operations, including phones, office supply inventory, and ordering, and responsible for handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Support company events and programs by assisting with onsite logistics, planning, and coordination.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks, including background checks and document management.  
    • Provide support to the People Team, including team projects and tasks related to Talent Acquisition, Facilities, and People Operations.
    • Strong written communication skills and basic digital content skills to assist with company-wide communication.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate travel for new hires, candidates, and employees.
    • Perform various other duties or projects as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative support role, preferably in an office or corporate setting.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and employees.
    • Desire to grow within the HR field.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite with strong technical skills
    • Experience using Canva is a plus.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
    • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

What You Can Expect

    • Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $22 to $29 hourly, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
