We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Talent/Recruiting Operations Coordinator to work in our fast-paced environment. You will be a part of a growing and evolving Talent Acquisition team where you are an integral partner in shaping our talent brand. You will be required to effectively multitask while maintaining the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction. Key components of your job will include building and improving Clear Capital’s recruiting process, previewing and piloting new recruiting tools, reporting and metrics, candidate experience, and interview scheduling activities.

What you will do

    • Create a welcoming and positive candidate experience
    • Own the candidate interview scheduling process
    • Greet candidates on-site and ensure seamless transitions throughout the interview
    • Manage any unforeseen logistical complications during on-site interviews
    • Manage our social media presence and employer brand on LinkedIn and Glassdoor
    • Coordinate candidate travel and manage reimbursements
    • Develop reporting and analytics on key talent acquisition metrics
    • Document and ensure Talent processes and practices are implemented and consistently followed
    • Creation of offer letter and confidentiality agreements
    • Manage background checks
    • New hire coordination with Help Desk and Facilities team 
    • Manage internal and external job board postings
    • Collaborate with team to identify recruiting events and meetups for our recruiters to attend

    • Customer focused with attention towards creating an exceptional candidate experience 
    • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency 
    • Outstanding, professional communication with internal stakeholders and candidates 
    • Embraces change and adapts to meet business needs
    • Proficient with Google tools required; experience with Lever (ATS) or saas data platform preferred
    • Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, HR, or Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience 
    • 2+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Executive Admin or Operations
